Ashutosh currently serves as the Executive Sous Chef. He brings close to 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles with brands such as Hyatt, Emaar Hospitality Group, and IHG. His professional background covers multi-cuisine operations, large-scale banquet execution, kitchen management, and team supervision.

He has overseen culinary operations at high-volume venues and managed banqueting events for up to 1,500 guests, consistently focusing on food quality, hygiene compliance, and guest service standards. His experience spans a range of cuisines, including Italian, Asian, Indian, and Continental, positioning him for continued leadership in culinary operations.
