APPOINTMENT
Novotel Guwahati, GS Road, has announced the appointment of Nisha Rai as its new Housekeeping Manager. With more than a decade of experience in luxury and upscale hospitality, she brings expertise in housekeeping operations, quality control, and staff development.
A Hotel Management graduate from Nagaland, Nisha Rai has worked with renowned hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Marriott International, and the Dubai World Trade Centre. Before her appointment, she held the position of Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, where she was known for maintaining brand standards and improving guest satisfaction through effective team leadership.

In her new role, Nisha will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, driving training and team engagement initiatives, upholding Accor brand standards, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for every guest.
