Radisson RED to Open Flagship Hotel in Central London

Radisson RED, known for its bold design and take on upscale hospitality, is set to debut on Leman Street, near London’s financial hub and iconic landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The location also offers easy access to Liverpool Street Station and the creative energy of East London.
PPHE Hotel Group has agreed to acquire the site, which will be transformed into a Radisson RED lifestyle hotel. The new development will feature at least 182 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, and office space. Currently home to two outdated office buildings set for demolition, the site will be redeveloped with a strong focus on sustainability, aiming for a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. The hotel is expected to open in 2029.
Greg Hegarty, Co-CEO of PPHE Hotel Group, said:

“This project adds to our growing London portfolio and highlights our expertise in development and operations. It aligns perfectly with our strategy of multi-brand growth across diverse market segments.”
Elie Younes, Executive VP & Global Chief Development Officer of Radisson Hotel Group, added:
“This first Radisson RED in central London marks a key milestone in expanding our lifestyle portfolio in top global cities. We’re proud to strengthen our successful partnership with PPHE Hotel Group.”
