APPOINTMENT
Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have announced the appointment of Aditya Raj Nair as the new Cluster Director of Talent & Culture. Aditya holds over 15 years of experience in human resources, having worked across India’s most renowned luxury hotel brands. Aditya will bring expertise in people development, cultural transformation, and talent strategy to his new role.
Aditya’s career includes holding leadership roles at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts Mumbai, Renaissance Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mussoorie, Taj Palace New Delhi, and Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.
As Cluster Director of Talent & Culture at Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur, Aditya will take the charge of shaping the people and culture strategy for both properties. His main focus will be on creating a purpose-driven workplace that fosters employee engagement, development, and well-being. He aims to build a work environment where talent is recognised by aligning the workforce with the long-term brand aspirations of Fairmont and Raffles.
