ROHL Expands Presence in Mysore with Regenta Resort
Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new Regenta Resort Tropical Village in Mysore, Karnataka. This resort will operate under a franchise model as part of ROHL’s asset-light strategy. It aims to provide a unique experiential stay that draws inspiration from the culture and village life of seven different continents.
The resort will offer 35 themed cottages, each uniquely designed to represent the architecture, traditions, and cuisine of various continents. Additionally, it will feature Mangala Kutira, a special accommodation block with 12 rooms inspired by India’s Pancha Bhootas and Pancha Tattva, providing guests with a cultural and spiritual experience deeply rooted in Indian heritage.

The resort targets both business and leisure travellers and focuses on wellness and eco-conscious living. Dining options include an all-day restaurant, a non-vegetarian speciality kitchen, and a Healthy Bar serving detox juices and traditional health drinks.
The resort will feature a variety of recreational amenities, including traditional games from around the world, an eco-friendly swimming pool, a children’s play area, a Yoga Hall, and a Wellness Centre offering a range of treatments. Additionally, the resort will provide spacious event venues, such as a 12,000 sq. ft. outdoor lawn suitable for social and corporate gatherings, making it a comprehensive destination for culture, relaxation, and celebration.
