APPOINTMENT
Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has announced the appointment of Shivark Shandilya as its new Human Resources Manager. With nearly two decades of experience in HR across the hospitality, ITES, and education sectors, Shivark will bring leadership and industry insights to the role.
An alumnus of Delhi University, he holds a diploma in hotel management from I.H.M. Gwalior and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Priot to his appointment, Shivark was the HR Manager at Holiday Inn Amritsar, continuing his professional journey with IHG Hotels & Resorts.
In his new role, Shandilya will be responsible for strengthening the hotel’s HR functions. His focus will include improving operations, streamlining talent acquisition, and implementing employee-friendly policies. He will also work on enhancing staff development, training programmes, and initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and recognition. Shandilya’s experience in areas such as labour law compliance, talent management, and HR planning is expected to play a key role in building a motivated and high-performing team at the hotel.
