APPOINTMENT
The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Chef Pradeep Rawat as its Executive Chef. He is bringing with him over eighteen years of experience in the culinary domain.
A graduate of GIHM Almora with a diploma in Hotel Management, Chef Pradeep is known for his unique culinary style and commitment to sustainability. In his new role, he will oversee all culinary operations at the resort, introduce creative menus that blend local flavours with global influences. He will also focus on sustainable dining initiatives, supporting the resort’s identity as a wellness-focused destination.
Prior to joining The Westin Sohna, Chef Pradeep served as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala and has held key roles at JW Marriott Mussoorie and Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar.
