APPOINTMENT
Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre have appointed Chef Shiiv Parvesh as the new Executive Chef. Chef Shiiv Parvesh brings over 19 years of experience in the culinary sector.

A postgraduate in kitchen management from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Chev Shiiv has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as Oberoi, Hyatt, and Marriott Group of Hotels. Chef Shiiv Parvesh also has a strong media presence as he has curated culinary events and participated in popular interactive cooking shows.
At Novotel Hyderabad & HICC, Chef Shiiv Parvesh will take on the role of leading the kitchen teams across various domains, from F&B outlets to in-room dining and the orchestration of culinary experiences for MICE, events, and weddings.
