voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang
IHG Hotels & Resorts has accelerated its expansion in Vietnam by signing a hotel management agreement with Nha Trang Bay JSC, which is part of the GreenSpark Group.
The voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang, part of IHG, will open near the end of this year in the centre of Nha Trang. This coastal city is known for its white sandy beaches, waters, and seafood. The hotel will have 250 rooms and offer sea views from its 28 floors. It aims to meet the growing demand for great stay experiences in the area.

Less than an hour from Cam Ranh International Airport, voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang – by IHG is part of the largest construction project by Nha Trang JSC. This project aims to boost tourism in the area. The hotel is close to the beach and has easy access to attractions like Nha Trang Beach, Ponagar Temple, Vinh Hai Market, marinas, and popular mud spa parks.
The facilities at voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang, managed by IHG, include a swimming pool, a restaurant, bars, and meeting facilities. This hotel will be IHG’s fourth in the area, joining the InterContinental Nha Trang, InterContinental Residences Nha Trang, and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay.
Nha Trang, the capital of Khánh Hòa Province, is gaining popularity as a tourist destination. In 2024, the province experienced an 80% year-on-year growth in tourism, welcoming a total of 10.8 million visitors, including 4.8 million international travellers. Nha Trang’s beaches, diving sites, and seafood have played a significant role in attracting these visitors.
Vietnam remains a significant growth market for IHG, which currently operates 20 hotels across eight brands: Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Regent Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, voco hotels, and Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, there are 22 properties in the pipeline. IHG has a presence in 10 destinations, including Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Ho Tram, Con Dao, Vinh Phuc, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi An, and Quang Binh. The company aims to expand its portfolio across all brands in the country.
