Synergy Appoints New Executive Vice President

APPOINTMENT

Synergy Global Housing has announced the appointment of Manpreet Dhami as Executive Vice President of International Operations. In this role, Manpreet will oversee Synergy’s international activities across the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences, enhancing global partnerships, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

Manpreet brings over two decades of extensive experience in the global mobility industry to her new position. She has held senior leadership roles in strategic planning, operations, supplier management, and client services. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Newland Chase, where she successfully developed innovative immigration products and services, expanded the company’s presence into new markets, and significantly increased revenue.

Before her tenure at Newland Chase, Manpreet was Vice President of Global Supplier Networks at a leading relocation management company, where she managed supplier partnerships across twelve service lines in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. She has also held executive leadership roles with Switzerland’s largest provider of tailored relocation solutions and served as Regional Director for Europe at a prominent global immigration consultancy.
