Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of The Perennial Tianjin. As the fourth hotel to join the JdV by Hyatt brand in Greater China, The Perennial Tianjin brings a new level of style to Tianjin South Railway Station Business District, creating a cultural hub for urban travelers.

Located in the Tianjin South Station Business District, The Perennial Tianjin, a part of the JdV by Hyatt portfolio, is nestled within The Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, a mixed-use complex that integrates healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial facilities. Enjoying proximity to the Tianjin South Railway Station’s rail and subway stations, the hotel is also a 15-minute drive from the town of Yangliuqing.

The hotel offers 178 guest rooms and suites, starting from 376 square feet (35 square meters). All guestrooms boast city views and are equipped with bedding, a mini-fridge, a bathroom and a workspace. The hotel’s 16 suites are for entertaining VIP guests, celebrating special occasions, or enjoying extended stays. Suites and executive rooms offer Club Lounge benefits. All guests can enjoy the hotel’s fitness center facilities, including a 6,200-square foot (576-square-meter) indoor heated pool and a variety of cardio and strength training equipment.
The hotel also has two fine-dining restaurants: LIUJING 18, a Chinese restaurant and RUI RESTAURANT, an Asian-inspired eatery. LIUJING18 features a selection of ingredients blending Cantonese, Sichuan and local Beijing and Tianjin dishes to create a culinary experience. Inspired by the Nanyang teahouse, RUI RESTAURANT offers a collection of Southeast Asian flavors, catering to Southeast Asian food enthusiasts, couples and business travelers alike. The restaurant specializes in authentic Singaporean and Thai cuisine, complemented by Malaysian and Indonesian dishes. Additionally, the hotel features the LOBBY LOUNGE, a designed space that invites guests to unwind and socialize in an elevated yet natural setting. Here, guests can savor a wide range of aromatic Western and Chinese tea beverages, along with delectable light bites, while enjoying the serene ambiance.

The hotel boasts a grand ballroom spanning over 29,000 square feet (2,700 square meters), along with multi-function meeting rooms, offering a range of event spaces. The 16,511-square-foot (1,534-square-meter) grand ballroom and 11 multi-function meeting rooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment. A banquet team provides services, delivering a meeting and banquet experience for guests.
