IHG Hotels & Resorts Announces Destination Entry in Hat Yai, Thailand

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has announced the introduction of its first property in Hat Yai, the largest city in Songkhla in Thailand, together with Park Avenue Property Company Limited, a residential real estate developer in Hat Yai.

Scheduled to open in 2027, the 160-key Holiday Inn Express Hat Yai will be the first internationally branded hotel in Hat Yai, offering travellers the brand’s signature hallmarks including an Express Start Breakfast.
